Administrative Assistant for Community Bank Samford & Brendale (Pine Rivers Community Finance Limited)

20 – 30 hours per month (flexible hours)

Pine Rivers Community Finance Limited (PRCF) owns and operates the Brendale and Samford Community Bank branches of Bendigo Bank Ltd. Our branches produce strong profits and returns a considerable amount of that profit back to our community in the form of grants ($700,000+ to date) and dividends to shareholders.
Our current Administrative Assistant is retiring and we are looking for a highly motivated person who is confident working independently to fulfil this role. Appropriate tertiary qualifications (e.g. BA Bus) or experience in a similar role in Banking or supporting a Board would be highly desirable.

Remuneration is based on experience and qualifications under the relevant Award. Hours are flexible however you will be expected to attend three meetings each month at the Samford Board Room between 7am-9am weekdays.
